In consideration of your acceptance of this entry I hereby by myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, release and forever discharge Livin2Fish LLC, their representatives, servants, sponsors, employees, or person from any claim for damages resulting in a injury to myself or equipment during this event of Livin2Fish Tournament. I also agree to abide by the Tournament rules and Missouri state laws. Under 18 years of age must be co-signed by a parent or guardian.
